Discharge options
End discharges
All models of simplexes are furnished with standard flanged end discharge
chute. Since many applications require specially designed chutes,
a wide variety of special end discharge chutes are available. Typical
of these chutes are those with high-low level controls and divided
chutes with selective valves that are either manual or electrically
operated.

product two ways

to discharge all products to the left or right. Figure

product to one side>
Side discharges
All model S and C simplexes can be provided with side discharges to
discharge product at various locations. The product is dumped from
the top strand of buckets into a chute and then discharges through
the side of the simplex.>
Figure
11D shows the buckets in the side position for a side discharge.
The trip mechanism can be fixed, manual or remote controlled.

Figure 12A - illustrates that side discharges can be to the left or the right.
Figure 12B - shows a divided side discharge that evenly divided the
product and discharges the product from both sides of the elevator.
These chutes can be equipped with diverters to discharge the product
to the left or right.
Figure 12C - illustrates a side discharge on the bottom side of the
elevator.
Bottom discharges
All C series simplex units are provided with one fixed bottom discharge
chute as standard. However they can be provided with multiple bottom
discharges as depicted above. The C series is not available with
side discharges.

Figure 12D illustrates a bucket in the dump position as a standard bottom
discharge arrangement. The product is dumped from the bottom strand of buckets.
